DITC Trained Athlete Takes Bronze at the Athens 2004 Olympic Games

Colonel Ahmed ENAN makes a special trip to the US to visit the DITC. While in the States he attended a Athens 2004 Olympic Torch Relay by Coca-Cola and Samsung meeting in Colorado Springs. Colonel Ahmed ENAN is responsible for the stop on June 11, 2004 in CAIRO, Egypt of the Athens 2004 Olympic Torch.

Press Conference on Egyptian Athletes Coming to Train at the DITC

At a joint Press conference, General Mounir SABET, IOC Member and President of the Egyptian OLYMPIC Committee, and US Ambassador to Egypt C. David WELCH announced today that three Egyptian athletes had been selected to train at the DITC in preparation of the Olympic Games. The athletes are: Ahmed Mohamed Ali Abdel ATI, Salma Zienhom ISMAIL, and Amr Ibrahim SEOUD.
