United States Senator Johnny ISAKSON continues to be a staunch supporter of the ATLANTA DITC. In 2007 Senator ISAKSON sponsored the ATLANTA DITC Scholarship appropriation signed into law on December 26, 2007 by President George BUSH.
In 2009, Senator ISAKSON will support the Senate version of the ATLANTA DITC infrastructure appropriation request sponsored by United States Congressman John LEWIS.
This FY 2010 appropriation request is for the infrastructure rehabilitation of the John H. Lewis Student Athletics Center (SAC) at Morris Brown College (MBC) used for the ATLANTA DITC Team Handball Program.
The Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games Field Hockey site is located on the campus of Morris Brown College.
