Churandy MARTINA is one of Caribbean's best known athlete. As one of the fastest sprinters in the world, he put the Netherlands Antilles on the world map by winning gold running the 100m at the 2007 Pan American Games (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), and ranking 5th at the 100m and 200m at the 2007 IAAF World Championships (Osaka, Japan).
While in Atlanta, world leading sports expert Loren SEAGRAVE conducted 3 days of testing and evaluation of Churandy as part of ATLANTA DITC's Testing & Evaluation Program. Churandy will back in June for further testing, then participate with his teammates on the Netherlands Antilles 400 m relay team in an ATLANTA DITC Beijing training camp.
