Between May 2002 and late July 2004, 46 athletes from 16 nations trained at the DITC in 5 disciplines (Track & Field, Swimming, Tennis, Cycling, and Team Handball), 4 competed at the 2004 Athens OLYMPIC Games

SWIMMING

Alvaro FORTUNY (GUA) from Guatemala swam on Saturday August 14, 2004 at the Men’s 100m Breaststroke - Heat 3, and ranked 5th.



Salma ISMAIL (EGY) from Egypt swam on August 15, 2004 at 10:58a.m. during the Women’s 100m Breaststroke - Heat 3, and ranked 3rd.
